Top Tips For Using Health Mapper

We’re currently working hard on an exciting new version of Health Mapper that will help you better analyse your health tracking and visualise your data.

If you have any suggestions on a new feature or improvement that you’d like to see, do let us know.

In the mean time, here are our top tips for getting the most out of Health Mapper:

Health Mapper comes with over 30 conditions and 500 symptoms, but you can add your own symptoms and variables so the app is perfectly tailored to you.

Go to: Menu > Tracking settings > Add new…

Use the insight popup for a quick look at how each of your variables have occurred over time.

Go to: Diary > Insight button

Try creating a chart and see how a symptom is affected by other variables like medication, exercise and diet.

Go to: Analyse

If remembering to track your health or take your medication is hard, set up a reminder and your phone can give you a helpful nudge.

Go to: Menu > Reminders
